Watch moment Luke Littler misses out on Cheltenham Festival winner as darts ace, 19, left with head in hands

LUKE LITTLER gave a hilarious reaction after appearing to narrowly miss out on a winner at Cheltenham.

The darts star, 19, was in attendance at the iconic races on Tuesday alongside girlfriend Faith Millar.

They spent time with fellow darts stars Luke Humphries and Nathan Aspinall, and even snapped some pics with reality star Jeremy Kyle.

And the couple were back for more on Wednesday, with Littler seemingly raking it in early in the day.

He shared photos of his winning betslip alongside racing influencer and tipster Sports Betting Advice (Instagram), where he netted £2,500 off King Rasko Grey.

And it seems that the youngster did not end his involvement for the day there, after he was seen in video from ITV Racing with his head in hands after a photo finish in the afternoon.

The Nuke clearly had something riding on the Grand Annual Challenge Cup as he was shown with head in hands after Jazzy Matty narrowly missed out on stealing a late win.

That honour went to Martator, who entered the race at 66-1, and just about managed to come off better after a dead heat finish.

But judging by Littler’s shocked and concerned expression, he had backed the wrong half of the pair.

Faith was also watching on from the stands, and cracked a wry smile at her boyfriend’s animated reaction.

PREMIER LEAGUE DARTS 2026 SCHEDULE AND RESULTS

Littler will hope he has better luck when he returns to Premier League Darts action on Thursday.

Fresh off the back of his first win last week in Cardiff, Littler is set to open his night six against rival Gerwyn Price.

He also had time at the weekend to defend his UK Open crown with a win over James Wade in the final, and appears to have recaptured the unstoppable form which looked to have deserted him a few weeks ago.

Now he is poised to make it two Prem wins in a row in Nottingham, before rushing back to Cheltenham for Friday’s Gold Cup.
