Tyson Fury reveals how future son-in-law asked for blessing to marry teen daughter and jokes ‘I’ll bring the strippers’

TYSON FURY’S new son-in-law has already proved he’s big and brave enough to join the fighting family.

Noah Price, a baby-faced heavyweight prospect like the Gypsy King once was, proposed to eldest daughter Venezuela at her 16th birthday party in September.

And the courageous teen romancer kept up with old-school traditions by meeting with his bride-to-be’s father and asking for permission for her hand.

The Traveller dynasty is extra imposing when you remember Tyson is usually flanked by dad big John as well as brothers John Jr, Shane, Tommy and Roman.

And there are dozens of cousins across a handful of proud fighting family names – including Paris’.

But Price – a 92kg amateur who has already won the East Midlands title with Chesterfield ABC – overcame his nerves to proposition the giant icon.

Ahead of his latest comeback fight with Arslanbek Makhmudov, Fury explained: “He did ask for my permission, he came in and sat down and I explained that marriage is not an easy thing and they are only young kids.

“I asked if this is what they really want. He said it was and I gave him my blessing, fair play.

“He wasn’t shaking but I could tell he was nervous, fair play to him.

“He’s a heavyweight boxer and they say that a daughter always goes for someone like her dad and she definitely has.”

Typically the showman changes roles, from doting dad to fun father-in-law, adding with a grin: “I don’t know if he’s had a stag do yet.

“If he does, I’ll be there – and I’ll bring the strippers.”

Proud mum Paris, who admitted she was worried about her eldest girl getting hitched so young, has planned the elaborate affair on her own.

The super-dad confirmed he was too busy with a 16-week camp in Thailand to worry about the church or seating plan, or Noah’s suit.

He said: I’m looking forward to the wedding but that will have to wait until after Saturday night

“Fair play to Paris and Venezuela, they’ve actually done this wedding without my input at all.

“I’ve had zero to do with it at all, and they’ve been wedding planning to do all the things.

“I’m sure it’s been amazing for the girls to do all that. I’m just away. I’m away doing business, I’m about my business.

“I’m not thinking about domestic stuff at home.  I’m thinking about the fight and that’s it. I’m out of bounds.”
