TYSON FURY has revealed a potentially catastrophic decision he’s made for his comeback fight.
The Gypsy King announced the end of his FIFTH RETIREMENT, which came on the back of consecutive losses to Oleksandr Usyk, in January.
Fury, 37, will be welcomed back to the ring by man-mountain Arslanbek Makhmudov in a Tottenham Hotspur Stadium tussle on April 11.
And he’ll take on the bear-wrestling Russian by channelling his inner Clubber Lang in ‘Rocky III’ and training WITHOUT a coach.
During Netflix‘s live broadcast of Monday’s pre-fight press conference, the former two-time heavyweight champion said: “I’m like Clubber Lang.
“I’m going to train alone. I know what to do, I know how to go 12 rounds, I know how to push myself when I need to.

“But I also know when to take a rest when I need to.
“Boxing, people try to make it so much like rocket science, but it’s not.
“As long as you train hard and eat well and get plenty of rest, I think the rest of it, if you’re experienced like I am, an experienced veteran in this game, sometimes you need people to point stuff out to you and remind you of certain aspects.
“But what I don’t know about my own body now, I’m never going to know.”

Renowned coach Sugarhill Steward, the nephew of the late boxing great Emmanuel, has been Fury’s chief coach for the last six years.
It’s currently unknown if the American is still part of Team Fury.
One man who will be part of Fury’s training team will be dad John, who was jettisoned from the corner for his son’s ill-fated second rematch with Usyk in December 2024.
John told Goldstar Promotions: “I am going to be more involved this time.
“And hear this: Father and son… Tyson’s going to win the heavyweight championship for the third time, and you can bank your f***ing money on that!
The Home of Boxing in 2026
There’s a massive year of boxing ahead!
It’s shaping up to be a blockbuster year of action inside the boxing ring.
Tyson Fury will make his return in April against Arslanbek Makhmudov, Conor Benn is closing in on a world title shot and Fabio Wardley will defend his newly won heavyweight crown.
Canelo Alvarez will be hoping to return after his defeat to Terence Crawford and heavyweight king Oleksandr Usyk will also need to defend his straps.
Derek Chisora will fight for the 50th and (perhaps) final time against Deontay Wilder, while Daniel Dubois is also on the comeback trail.
A whole bunch of British stars could also take a leap into superstardom, with the likes of Moses Itauma, Hamzah Sheeraz and Adam Azim ready to join the very top of the sport.

“He’s not in fantastic shape, that’s bull***t. But he will be.
“Have another look at him, because when I go out in the next week, there will be no more of this internet bull***t, every move on the internet.
“Head down, work, and get a body. Learn to move again. Learn to twist and be awkward. Herky jerky.
“Look like a fighter, man. Look like a warrior.
“He’ll look like a f***ing Spartan by April, and he will be heavyweight champion of the world again.”
