DONALD Trump launched a scathing attack on Joe Biden by releasing a sickening video of a woman being beaten to death allegedly by an illegal alien allowed to stay in US.
The president posted the graphic clip to Truth Social, claiming to be pulling back the curtain on the Biden administration’s lax immigration policies that “turned the US into a dumping ground.”
Rolbert Jaochin, 40, from Haiti, is accused of beating a 51-year-old mom outside a gas station in Florida with a hammer and left her to die on Friday, April 3, at 7:20am.
“An Illegal Alien Criminal from Haiti, who was released into our Country by the WORST President in History, Crooked Joe Biden, and the Radical Democrats in Congress, just beat an innocent woman to death with a hammer at a gas station in Florida,” Trump wrote.
“The video of her brutal slaying is one of the most vicious things you will ever see.”
He called Jaochin an “animal” who was given right to remain in the US by the Biden Administration that “granted him, and all Haitians, ‘Temporary Protective Status,’ [in] a massively abused and fraudulent program.”
“I don’t recommend you watch this tape, because it is so terrible, but felt I had an obligation to put it up so that people can see what Democrats are protecting, and wanting to come into our Country, even now, after all we’ve been through,” he added.
The video appears to show Jaochin hitting the windshield of a black SUV at a Chevron gas station in Fort Myers, before the victim walks out and says something to him.
He then appears to shout something back to the gas station employee and storms over before hitting her in the face with a hammer, sending her to the ground.
The sickening video shows the man continue to beat the mother of two while she lies bleeding on the floor.
Jaochin was arrested after officers reportedly recognized him from previous encounters.
He has been charged with homicide, criminal mischief, and damage of property over $1,000.
The victim has not been publicly identified.
Jaochin, from Haiti, arrived into the US in August 2022.
He was granted Temporary Protected Status, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
This reportedly expired in 2024.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement has placed a detainer on him, meaning that he will “be deported regardless of the outcome of this case.”
Joachin is behind bars without bond ahead of his arraignment, scheduled for May 4.
