TOWIE star Ella Rae Wise has shared a mind-boggling post about loyalty and ‘fake’ friendship – following her epic fallout with former best friend Freddie Bentley.
The ex Celebrity Big Brother star shared the cryptic quote on social media and took aim at her estranged pals.
The poignant post on her Instagram Stories read: “Nowadays, everyone’s loyal until honesty offends them.
“They protect lies because truth ruins their image.
“I’d rather stand alone in truth than be loved in fake circles.”
Trouble kicked off recently during a cast trip to Vietnam.

Ella, 25, told followers on Instagram: “First TOWIE trip of 2026 completed… raw moments, real emotions, no words… just feelings.”
Freddie, 27, took to social media to explain why he fled the country days early.
He wrote: “Hi, guys, would rather everyone heard from me, but just to let you know, I’ve left filming in Vietnam a couple of days early.
“Let’s just say a lot has happened already this series and I just needed to get back to Essex and have a breather before everyone else flies home.”
He continued: “But don’t worry, I’ll be back filming with everyone once they all return.”
On a previous series, Freddie fiercely defended Ella after her co-stars failed to support her while she was in the CBB house.
But it now seems that Freddie and Ella’s close friendship has come to a definitive end.
Beef began with the previously-inseparable pair when Ella had a night out with Freddie’s ex Harry.
The duo had a major falling out during the Towie Christmas special.
Freddie was seen confronting ex-best mate Ella after she had a night out with Harry Derbidge – who he previously clashed with.
Earlier in the series, Freddie’s fallout with former pal Harry took centre stage.
The Sun revealed last June how they’d unfollowed each other on Instagram after falling out behind the scenes of the show.
The reality star pals had fallen out months ago while filming in Portugal.
Ella – who rose to fame on the show in 2019 – appeared to accuse Freddie of using her to get a spot on reality series after he joined in 2024.
Freddie touched on the fallout with Ella on a recent podcast with GK Barry and said: “What I will say without going into it too deep. Ella’s not here to defend herself or whatever she wants to say.
Me and Ella had a lot going on in private. That’s that.
“I protected Ella and said certain things publicly to protect our friendship.
“But as it stands, we’re not friends and that’s that.”
