Tori Spelling is closing the book on her marriage to Dean McDermott.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 52, informed a judge that she and her estranged husband, 58, have reached a settlement in their divorce, according to new court filings obtained by Daily Mail.
The pair reportedly signed a written agreement covering the division of property and financial support.
Specific terms of the deal remain under wraps, but the agreement marks the final step in ending their 18-year marriage.
The case now awaits a judge’s signature to make the split official.

The actress filed for divorce in March 2024, citing irreconcilable differences, after the couple separated the previous summer.
In her petition, Spelling requested spousal support for herself while asking the court to deny any support to McDermott.
She also sought physical custody of their minor children, with joint legal custody between the two parents.
The settlement appears to bring an end to one of Hollywood’s longest-running on-and-off relationships, following years of public ups and downs for the former reality TV couple.
McDermott has since moved on with new girlfriend Lily Calo.
The couple made things Instagram official in May 2024 and have maintained a friendly dynamic with Spelling — even appearing together at family gatherings.
Spelling, for her part, has also found new love.
She stepped out with Ryan Cramer for the first time in April, making their red carpet debut at a special screening of The Carters docuseries.

The latest development in Spelling and McDermott’s split comes months after the actress got emotional while opening up about her fears of being alone on a recent episode of her podcast.
During a tearful conversation with guest Aubrey O’Day, Spelling broke down in tears, saying, ‘I’m now 51 and single again with five kids, so I don’t even know where I stand in the future. I don’t want to be with somebody, but I do want to be. I just don’t want to be alone.’
O’Day tried to comfort her as she continued through sobs: ‘You know me. I’m positive. I just — I don’t want to die alone.’
Spelling and McDermott, who tied the knot in 2006, had weathered a turbulent marriage in recent years — something Dean has openly admitted he was responsible for.
‘All Tori’s ever done to this day is want me to be happy and healthy and I inflicted a lot of damage and pain on that woman,’ he told DailyMail.com in November 2023.
‘I’m taking accountability for that today. And it’s the biggest amend that I’m ever going to have to make.’
By the time he hit rock bottom, Dean says the duo were living like ‘roommates’ and plagued by money worries and paparazzi while he was deeply depressed, mainlining tequila and drugs alone each night and flying into alcohol-fueled rages that ‘petrified’ his 50-year-old wife and children.
He said he would pass out, leaving a worried Tori frantically checking on him to make sure he was still alive.

Despite the struggles, the exes proved that they are handling their breakup maturely, after Tori, Dean, and his new girlfriend Lily, were seen hanging out together at one of their kids’ birthday parties at a Dave & Busters in LA last year.
The actor later spoke out about the blended family affair in an interview with Page Six, saying his ex and new partner ‘get along fabulously.’
At the time, Dean had been going strong with Lily for six months, and admitted he had introduced his new girlfriend to the five children he shares with Tori.
‘Met the kids, things are going welly well,’ he added.
Asked how Tori and Lily’s relationship is generally, Dean said: ‘They hang out when we’re all together. They’ll separate… they go and play video games together and then they go chat in the corner,’ he explained, seemingly referring to son Beau’s recent birthday at the arcade.

Dean seemed to have found some much-need stability with Lily, but Tori had a stressful series of moves for her and their children.
She became functionally homeless when she moved out of the family home into a $100-per-night hotel — which she said was due to a dangerous mold infestation at the family home — in July of last year.
A month later, she and the kids were seen temporarily living in an RV in a trailer park.
Tori seemed to have a more settled living situation when she subsequently moved her family into a rental house later in the year, but that didn’t pan out for unforeseeable reasons.
The actress and her kids’ time in the new home came to an end in October 2024 after an armed neighbor barricaded himself in a nearby house and took a hostage.
Tori and her family were forced to quickly evacuate the house by a SWAT team responding to the frightening standoff.
But things were looking up for the former primetime soap star after DailyMail.com exclusively reported earlier this week that she had moved into a $15,000-per-month rental home in Woodland Hills.
The San Fernando Valley property features 3,000 square feet of space and boasts five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The rental allows for cats and dogs, though it’s unclear if Tori will be allowed to bring along some of the more exotic pets that Dean claimed made the end of their time together particularly miserable.
In his exclusive two-part interview with DailyMail.com from November 2024, the actor revealed that he and Tori hadn’t regularly shared a bedroom since 2017, due to her insistence about letting animals stay in the room.
