A TEENAGER has been charged with murder after the body of a man was found in a marina.
Drew Perham, 24, was reported missing after failing to return from a night out in Plymouth, Devon.


His body was tragically recovered from Millbay Marina on Sunday.
Layton Randle, aged 19 and of no fixed abode, has now been charged with the murder of Drew Perham.
Devon and Cornwall Police have also arrested two other 19-year-old men on suspicion of murder.
The suspects, from Exmouth and Plymouth, remain in custody while enquiries continue.

Randle is due to appear before Plymouth Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed: “Layton Randle, aged 19, of no fixed abode, Plymouth, is charged with the murder of Drew Perham from Plymouth on Saturday 24 January.
“Detectives from the Major Crime Investigation Team launched an investigation after Mr Perham, from Plymouth, was found deceased in the water at Millbay Marina on Sunday 25 January.
“He had been reported missing the previous day.
“Two 19-year-old men, one from Plymouth and one from Exmouth, have also been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in police custody.”
