Strictly’s Dianne Buswell and Joe Sugg inundated with messages after ‘baby birth’ announcement

STRICTLY Come Dancing stars Joe Sugg and Dianne Buswell have been left inundated with messages following a ‘birth’ announcement.

Dianne is currently pregnant with the couple’s first child.

However, they have been plagued by AI images which appeared to confirm that Dianne had given birth.

A slew of fake digitally-altered images appeared to show Dianne and Joe proudly posing with a newborn baby.

It led to many fans sending them congratulatory messages which alerted them to the false news.

Fans had unfortunately been duped by totally FAKE AI imagery.

Speaking on the situation in a comedic video, Joe filmed himself with the fake AI image on the screen.

The YouTuber said: “This morning I had loads of family and friends messaging me saying ‘congrats on the news, we thought you’d tell us first before it was on the internet’.

“This is AI! That’s not me.

“I don’t know who that is but it is not me.”

He then panned the camera to show a very much pregnant Dianne showing off her baby bump to shut down the false speculation.

She said: “I am still very much pregnant.”

Joe went on to further add in his post caption: “I worry for the Facebook generation sometimes with all this AI malarkey.”

36-year-old Dianne is still expecting her first child with partner Joe, and is counting down the days until their son arrives.

However, amid the AI madness, she has also been forced to defend herself against trolls who questioned why her baby bump is always on-show.

She shared a TikTok video over the top of which she’d written one of the remarks: “But why do you always have your belly out?”

She had KC and the Sunshine Band’s That’s the Way (I Like It) playing in the background, as she captioned the video: “Because that’s the way I like it!”

She’s been posting on social media throughout her pregnancy, and regularly wears tops and trousers that show off her blossoming bump.
