PROFESSOR Green has sparked concern after posting a picture showing his arm in a sling.
The Brit rapper, whose real name is Stephen Manderson, has suffered a painful shoulder injury which has been treated with two steroid injections.
The Just Be Good To Green hitmaker looked glum in his uploaded picture as he told fans the extent of his condition.
In his caption he wrote: “Two steroid injections other than the glaring and obviously ruined ACJ (acromio-clavicular joint) to determine how much of the issue is a separate issue of rotator cuff and bicep tendon”
ACJ shoulder injuries are most commonly caused by a fall or a direct blow to the shoulder, according to the NHS.
Depending on how severe the injury is, some patients have their ACJ surgically reconstructed.

Referring to his gym routine he added: “As every day is leg day i’m gonna get a real [peachy] ‘did Pro get a BBL?’ [Brazilian Butt Lift].
“‘No he ruined his shoulder so he became the guy that skipped chest day.’”
The 42-year-old has recently undergone an impressive body transformation but appeared concerned about how his injury might impact his training regime.
In a video posted to his Instagram Stories straight after, he sat topless on his sofa and asked fans for advice.
He quizzed them on whether being in a calorie surplus or fasting would aid healing, as well as if he should be training his healthy shoulder.
Ahead of his Celebs Go Dating stint the singer has been documenting his three week body transformation.
The star shared shirtless before and after shots with fans, revealing he had been hitting the gym regularly.
Stephen looked visibly more toned in the newer snap and told fans his body fat percentage had dropped to 11%.
It seems he’s been getting both mentally and physically ready for his reality show appearance.
In the snaps, Stephen’s tattoo tribute to his ex-fiancée Karima McAdams could be seen – with ‘Karima’ simply inked on his chest.
The pair are thought to have split in 2024 and share son Slimane.
While they kept their split fairly under wraps, the singer – who was also previously married to Made In Chelsea’s Millie Mackintosh – is now seemingly open to find love again.
