FANS were left baffled after spotting Middlesbrough forward David Strelec wearing a different shirt during the club’s 3-1 win over Birmingham.
The 24-year-old scored once as Boro clinched a crucial victory at St. Andrew’s.

But while celebrating his goal, eagle-eyed viewers noticed that his shirt was different.
Rather than having a Unibet sponsor like his team-mates, Strelec had a Utilita-branded strip.
Some fans have suggested it was the same shirt he wore while playing with the under-21s on his return from injury.
Others believe it was a kitman error at half-time as he was spotted wearing the standard shirt before the break.

One person took to social media to write: “The way football’s going, wouldn’t be surprised if we see individual players having individual shirt sponsors.
“Just didn’t think Boro’s David Strelec would be the guinea pig.”
Another joked: “Can we keep Strelec in the Utilita shirt.”
A third said: “Strelec wearing an U21 shirt?”

While a fourth commented: “Am I going mad, or did Strelec have a different shirt on to the rest of the Middlesbrough team?”
Middlesbrough won 3-1 against Birmingham thanks to a brace from Matt Targett as well as Strelec’s goal.
It left them second in the Championship table, just five points behind league leaders Coventry.
