THE Only Way Is Essex star Lauren Goodger looks entirely different before her various surgery and fillers in throwback unedited snaps.
The reality TV star took to Instagram to share a series of old pictures in which she looks almost unrecognisable from her current self.
Lauren, who has been open about her extensive use of cosmetic surgery, shared the snaps from her early adult years.
Looking fresh-faced, she added the caption: “Right back when life was much less complicated.”
The 39-year-old could be seen dressed in typical noughties fashion in the snap as she rocked low-waisted jeans and a chunky belt – a style made popular thanks to Paris Hilton.
She added a simple low-cut black top and swept her blonde hair up from her face.

It is a far cry from her current appearance with Lauren having striking brunette locks and notable filler in her face.
However, despite enhancing nearly all of her body with surgery, Lauren has been open about wanting to reverse it all.
In a candid chat with The Sun last year, Lauren said: “I’ve ruined my looks with surgery – I hate my fake boobs and bum now.”
She further affirmed that she wanted to undo all of her operations but it is not yet clear if the reality star has begun the process.
Lauren said: “I feel like my body looks abnormal – I don’t need these massive boobs and massive bum.
“They make me look bigger than I am and I wish I’d never had them done in the first place. When I look at myself naked in the mirror, all I see is lumps and bumps everywhere.
“I’m 100% getting it all reversed.
“I don’t want anything fake in my body. This look doesn’t suit me anymore and I’m ready to go back to the old Lauren.”
Lauren’s surgery journey began in 2013 when she had her boobs boosted from a 34D to a 34E.
She has also undergone a BBL as well as numerous facial fillers.
Lauren says she’s sworn off surgery for life and the only thing she’ll ever have done in future is Botox.
“The only I don’t regret is my Botox – that’s amazing and I’ll never stop that! “ she smiled. “But even then, I only have it twice a year.
“I haven’t had any filler in my lips since 2022 either. I’m too scared to get it done now, so I just leave it and it dissolves on its own.”
