She moved out of Royal Lodge this month while shamed ex-husband Andrew, 65, was smuggled out to Sandringham under cover of darkness.

And amid worsening Epstein Files revelations engulfing the former House of York, she has launched winding-up orders for companies in her name.

Proceedings to close Planet Partners Productions Ltd were begun yesterday, as retail business Fergie’s Farm Ltd, which started in 2014, was wound up with only £1 in its coffers, according to Companies House.

Another listed for closure in the past 24 hours is Philanthrepreneur Ltd, which has been running for 11 years.

Business support service Solamoon Ltd did not trade in the previous financial year and is being also struck off.

La Luna Investments Ltd, trading since 2014, has been shut down too. Her PR firm S. Phoenix Events Ltd, registered as a dormant company, was slotted for closure on Friday.

Fergie’s tea, dinnerware and jewellery brand Ginger and Moss Ltd is still trading but is £321,419 in deficit, Companies House figures in January show.

Royal commentator Margaret Holder said: “It’s a bonfire of Fergie’s vanities.

She aimed to make millions but the revelations in Epstein’s emails of her continued contacts with the jailed sex offender make her an outcast.”
