Investigators believe Viana played a key role in the criminal network that trafficked drugs across multiple states in Brazil.

Viana and her accomplices would then allegedly use shell companies, frontmen and illegal online betting platforms to launder the proceeds.

Originally from Manaus, the influencer is now behind bars after authorities successfully detained her during Operation Resina Oculta, meaning Hidden Resin.

Operation Resina Oculta first began when authorities seized large amounts of drugs at an address in Riacho Fundo.

Police say a shoe shop linked to Viana received funds from drug traffickers throughout 2025.

The shop was then used to disguise these ill-gotten gains as legitimate business income.

The high-stakes operation resulted in nine arrests in total across the Federal District, Goias, Maranhao and Amazonas states.

Courts also ordered the freezing of accounts belonging to 50 companies, as well as the seizure of seven luxury vehicles.

Viana was previously arrested in December 2025 when police stopped two vehicles travelling in a convoy.

Driving a Hyundai Creta, the influencer went ahead as the scout car, making sure the coast was clear for another vehicle carrying large amounts of drugs.

When police inspected the second vehicle – a VW T-Cross – they found 29.7kg of cannabis carefully hidden inside the doors and boot.

The driver allegedly told the police the drugs had originated in Manaus and were destined for the country’s capital, Brasília.

In the aftermath, Viana remained under house arrest until March 13 before she was taken back into custody six days later.

On her Instagram account, Viana regularly posted updates for her 55,000 followers, depicting her lifestyle of luxury.

Pictures of international travel, yacht trips and designer clothing fill her followers’ feeds.

The influencer also drew attention for her physical appearance, associated with many expensive cosmetic procedures.

Days before she was arrested for the second time, Viana posted a video in which she said she had been deprived of her liberty for the past 90 days, appealing to followers for support.

She even suggested her first arrest was linked to an abusive relationship.
