ANT McPartlin’s ex-wife has dropped the sale price on their former marital home for the third time – as she reels from the death of their beloved pet dog Hurley.
TV make-up artist Lisa Armstrong, 49, was handed the keys to the five-bed mansion in south-west London as part of their multi-million pound divorce in 2018.
But after a fire gutted the property three years ago she decided to sell up for £4million.
It generated a large amount of interest but with no takers she repeatedly dropped the asking price and is now selling it for £3.2million.
A source said: “Lisa is keen to get it sold.
“She has had a lot of interest, but is no nearer to selling it.

“The damage from the fire appears to be putting people off – it’ll take at least another £1million to put it right.
“She just wants to see the back of it.”
The house, which Lisa rented out in the wake of her divorce from the TV star, is listed online with photos showing the damage.
A previous listing read: “It is presented in excellent condition in parts, although some work is required in order to put it back to its original state.”
Her trouble selling the property comes after Ant, 50, snapped up a £10million home in Surrey with wife, Anne-Marie.
The Britain’s Got Talent presenter quit his long-time London home in Wimbledon for one of the UK’s most popular villages.
The vast new-build mansion on an exclusive street will cost him more than £1million in stamp duty alone.
Sources said he wanted to retreat from London for a quieter pace of life.
It comes after he signed a £30million golden handcuffs ITV deal with TV partner and best friend Declan Donnelly.
But he and Lisa, 49, were dealt a devastating blow after their beloved chocolate brown Labrador Hurley died last week.
Grief-stricken Ant jetted out of the UK just hours after losing his loyal pet last Thursday.
A source said he was “in bits” and could not bear to be around Hurley’s toys.
They said: “He’s inconsolable. He absolutely adored Hurley and he’s naturally devastated.
“It came as a massive shock to everyone.
“Hurley has been a part of his life for 12 years so to lose him like this is crushing.
“He said he couldn’t be around Hurley’s things as he grieved.”
Ant had previously credited adorable Hurley with helping him through drink and drug addiction in 2019.
Hurley was even given special permission to visit him in rehab as he battled his demons.
Ant was at the launch of this year’s Britain’s Got Talent when he got the call.
He dropped everything and left to join Lisa at Hurley’s side.
The two said their goodbyes and Ant remained with him as he peacefully slipped away.
Hurley, who was at the centre of a custody battle during their 2018 divorce, was the last remaining tie between them.
Ant, who named one of his companies after Hurley, spoke of their bond in 2019.
He said: “There’s a loyalty and a love and a companionship with Hurley that you can’t describe.
“He never tells me off and is always pleased to see me.
“I came out of a shop the other day and there was a woman on the floor cuddling Hurley.
“She said to me, ‘It’s the dog from the papers!’ Hurley’s a celebrity.”
Regardless of their acrimonious split the couple put Hurley first. Ant added: “Hurley’s welfare comes first and we both love him very much.”
Strictly make-up artist Lisa, who regularly posted pictures and videos of her “baby boy”, uploaded a video to Instagram of a girl blowing hearts into the sky.
She and Ant adopted Hurley in 2013 after struggling to have children together and doted on him.
After they divorced, he split his time between their homes.
Hurley also enjoyed regular trips to the groomers and spent a precious last holiday with Ant and his family last Summer.
The source said: “Ant and Lisa loved him to bits.
“Lisa called him her baby boy and was always posting videos of him.
“It wasn’t easy to share him by any stretch of the imagination but they both did their best and utterly adored him.
“He was so loved and left behind so many wonderful memories.
“They’re both broken by his death as are the wider families. It’s an incredibly painful time.
“Those who have lost dogs will know exactly what they’re going through. There really aren’t any words to describe the pain.”
Ant, who went on to marry Lisa’s personal assistant Anne-Marie Corbett in August 2021, has two other dogs, maltipoos Milo and Bumble.
The couple also welcomed their son, Wilder, in May 2024.
