The stunning TV presenter and property expert, 43, showed off her impressive figure as she did a gruelling workout.
Laura shared a video clip to her official Instagram account and captioned it: ” I always finish my workout with a boogie.”
The presenter looked stunning as she cycled briskly in a tiny bra and work out leggings.
Taking to the floor for some strength exercises, she displayed her flexible frame.
In the clip she was also seen showing off her impressive abs as she held weights in the air.

Finally a boogie in front of the mirrors, showed off the presenters sense of humour.
Laura is no stranger to working out, in 2024 Laura ran the London Marathon with help from her home gym, which allowed her to complete long runs.
She told Gym Flooring: “The training schedule was tough, so I had to rely on my treadmill.
“I know it’s not quite the same as running outside, but it did the job.”
A few years ago, she also launched her own app, Laura Hamilton’s Full Body Workout.
Laura began her career on children’s television, presenting shows such as Fun Song Factory on Nickelodeon.
She participated in series six of Dancing on Ice in 2011, finishing in second place.
Since February 2012, she has been a presenter of Channel 4‘s A Place in the Sun.
She has also co-presented Cowboy Builders & Bodge Jobs for Channel 5.
Laura recently revealed that after enjoying a summer with her kids, she’d put on a bit of weight but that she’d never use fat jabs.
She also slammed a cruel troll who told her she was ‘too old’ to wear a bikini.
Defying the cruel trolls, the television siren showed off her figure once again in a tiny bikini while clapping back at the critics.
In the caption of her new post, Laura asked: “Who decides when we’re ‘too old’ for anything?”
Laura explained: “I recently read a comment saying I was too old to wear a bikini… and it honestly made me stop and think for a second.
“But then I reminded myself, life’s way too short to worry about what other people think.”
